Tubular with soft and sliding 320 TPI corespun carcass (acronym of threads per thumb, threads for inch) and an innovative compound capable of guaranteeing an exceptional road holding and a very low rolling resistance. Equipped with a protective range to reduce the risk of dripping and air chamber strictly in latex, to allow you to reach greater elasticity in all conditions.

All Veloflex tubulars are handcrafted and follow the production process that provides 35 strictly handmade operations, starting from the raw materials and components (yarn, latex, rubber, glue, valves).

• TPI (thumb threads): 320 threads per inch - (120/cm).

• Protective band: Forating resistant Calico band

• Rubber composition: exclusive recipe for natural rubber and silica

• Valve: 42 mm Presta type with interchangeable mechanism

• Camera of air: the latex inner tube allows you to reach greater elasticity and flexibility in all conditions, consequently maximum smoothness on any type of surface.

• Carcassa: 320 TPI corespun carcass (acronym for thumb threads, threads for inch) soft and flexible, designed to give maximum smoothness to the tubular from racing bikes.

• Tread: maximum road holding with the new natural rubber and silica tread. The Raindrop drawing is the heart of the tubular for an exceptional grip and a smoothness never tested before.

• Internal polyester ribbon: protects the internal air chamber to the tubular from zigzag stitching which firmly closes the carcass on itself.

• External cotton ribbon: allows the tubular to be glued to the circle by guaranteeing flexibility and elasticity as well as protecting the carcass from the excursion of the nipples of the rays and any abrasions.

• Anti -forage protection belt: a layer of protection against the pierces in Calicot, a very dense turned fabric that protects from the interpenetration of external bodies that could damage the carcass.
