Giro Switchblade Mips helmet

The Switchblade Mips from GIRO is an incredibly versatile helmet with a removable chin strap. Suitable for more complex disciplines and in particular for DH competitions. It has obtained all the necessary safety certifications, including L'ASTM-1952-DH, with or without the chin strap. An easy to put on/off helmet: just press the button at the bottom and rotate the chin strap.

The structure of the In-Mold helmet (ABS external shell / EPS lining) is extremely robust, in particular thanks to the series of internal attachments molded directly into the EPS foam. Security is reinforced by Mips technology which attenuates strongly Limpact in the event of a fall and starts again Lshock wave over the entire surface. The Roc Loc Air DH Fit adjustment system ensures perfect fit and excellent stability.

Comfort is guaranteed by the 20 ventilation tunnels, located in the main part of the helmet and in the chin strap, which ensure perfect ventilation for the entire duration of the effort. The Switchblade features hydrophilic foams that absorb up to ten times their weight in water, for perfect sweat absorption. The X-Static coating is antimicrobial.

This helmet allows you to place the mask on the P.O.V. visor. Plus and to fix the camera on the spare visor
