The RC-Base is equipped with horizontal carbon elements with differentiated sections, so as to vary the various support areas depending on whether greater characteristics of stiffness or flexibility are required. So, for example, LThe rear area has flattened shapes to guarantee a more uniform rigidity to the part of the saddle that receives most stresses, while the front of the two support arms are combined in a single structural element, offering a large support surface, which allows you to exploit the saddle in all its length.
Repante invented ISSG (Integrated Shell Side Guards), the protruding lateral edge of the RC-Base which protects the coating of the saddle from rubbing.
